in a pickle is off to a great spring.  It was fab to see our pickle peeps and farmers market vendors at White Rock Local Market  last weekend... we caught up with old friends and made some new ones!

 Bolsa Mercado in Dallas was also hopping with folks in a pickle for our seasonal jams!  Thanks to everyone that came by and tasted.  AND speaking of our seasonal jams...  Strawberry Vanilla and Blueberry Lime will be making their seasonal 2012 debut soon!!!  We'll have those great jams at the next White Rock Local Market... woo    hoo!!! 

Lots of things going on here at in a pickle!  We are making plans to roll out our Fancy Food Trailer in April to Fort Worth's newest Foodie Trailer/Truck Park Cowtown Chow Down...    AND we are pleased to announce along with other drinks we will be serving up HOLY KOMBUCHA...  if you aren't familiar with the elixir of long life ... check them out at their website holykombucha.com.  It's a refreshing drink that gives you a boost of energy along with all the good stuff like antioxidants, probiotics and such!  Serving holykombucha alongside some in a pickle splendiferous foods might just have you shouting out - kowabonga baby!  Look for us at Cowtown Chow Down starting in April....

And with April comes a special event close to Karen's heart.  April 4th an event that is part of Let's G.O. (Get Outside) initiative with the Children & Nature Network will bring a Real School Gardens project to Sagamore HIll Elementary School in Fort Worth.  Volunteers from the community, the school and others will be creating an outdoor learning garden.  For more information and to find out how you can be apart of this event check out Real School Gardens.
