Howdy, to all our Pickle Peeps from the State Fair of Texas!

Drop by and see us in the State Fair's Food & Fiber Pavilion.


Last Thursday, James headed to a big sneak-peek party before opening day on Friday... You can see a photo of him with our pickles at D Magazine where the writer gives a shout out to some of the best samples!  AND YES... we made the cut or taste as it may be.



Our Original sweet and spicy chip is being sampled by a great many folk.

On Opening Day, James handed out lots of samples!!!


Pickles are leaping off the shelves, and like the GO Texan sign says... "Good People. Great Products."

We are very happy to be surrounded by just that...
good people and great products!




The State Fair is a fun time... Even Elsie seems to be enjoying herself.









             And Beauegard seems pretty
                                   pumped too!







You can stop by and sample and buy our pickles at the State Fair Food & Fiber Pavilion on:

September 28, September 30, October 3, October 8, October 9 and October 11 from 2 to 4 pm and October 13 and 16 from 10 to noon!

And we will be at the New Public Market in Fort Worth this Saturday from 8 am until noon or later.  The New Public Market is located in the parking lot of Into The Garden at the corner of Camp Bowie and Hulen.

Ice cream, chicken wings... IN A PICKLE

What do you crave?  We think maybe these two ladies have a great excuse to crave our pickles!  We debuted in Fort Worth last weekend at the New Public Market in the parking lot of Into The Garden on Camp Bowie.  Boy!  Did we have fun!  Our Original sold like hotcakes and we hope to be back there again the first Saturday of October.

We'd also like to give a shout out to John David Bartlett who made us feel at home, AND invited us back!  There's nothing like Farmer's Markets... the real, down home feel, the people, the exquisite food and fresh produce...
